Service Elm Hub Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name. We were established in 2018 in Busan to address a specific gap: trustees and corporate treasurers holding offline cryptocurrency reserves often lacked documentation formats their accountants could use during annual review.
Origin
Our founding practitioner spent twelve years in external audit before encountering repeated situations where cold-wallet holdings existed but appeared nowhere in working papers—or appeared as vague line items without custody detail. Service Elm Hub was formed to produce reserve logs that accountants recognize and trustees can defend at committee level.
What we do
We document offline wallet reserves through on-site verification, structured record-keeping, and bound deliverables. Our work sits between custody operations and external audit: we do not hold assets, execute transactions, or provide legal or tax opinions.
