Service Elm Hub provides offline wallet reserve documentation, audit review preparation, and related professional services for trustees, treasurers, and accountants. Service scope is defined in individual engagement letters, not solely by website descriptions.

4. Intellectual property

6. Engagement terms

Clients must provide accurate information about wallet holdings, custody arrangements, and signatory roles. Clients must secure access to hardware devices before scheduled verification sessions. Delays caused by inaccessible devices may incur rescheduling fees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Korean law, Service Elm Hub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service delivery. Our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

We do not guarantee audit outcomes, regulatory approvals, or acceptance of documentation by third-party auditors.

9. Indemnification

Clients indemnify Service Elm Hub against claims arising from inaccurate information provided by the client or misuse of deliverables outside agreed scope.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms by posting revisions on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance.
